- Natural consumables are not included in the warranty service.
- If damage or malfunction is caused by improper use, natural disasters, self-repair, or modification, a service fee will be charged even within the warranty period.
- If damage or malfunction occurs outside the body's heart, like plugging in the wrong power supply, a service fee will be charged even within the warranty period.
- If parts are replaced after the warranty period is exceeded, a service fee will be charged even within the warranty period as per the company's service parts warranty price list.
